Prof Winters is amazing, I don't think I have ever had such a thorough explanation of an examination. She took the time to explain every step of the process and provide me with plenty of information to reassure me that there was nothing to worry about. She has also made excellent recommendations regarding further treatment for my menopause symptoms.

Given the anxiety around breast pain I was totally put at ease and my symptoms were explained in detail. Prof Winters was excellent. The breast care service was incredibly efficient as I had examination, mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy within 2 hours under Prof Winters.

I had two problems that I consulted Professor Zoe Winters for. I had previously done a lot of research on breast specialists. I wanted the best and I found her. It was the most thorough consultation I have ever had. She was professional and knowledgeable but was also caring, empathetic and makes you feel as if your time with her is as important to her as it is to you. When I have the follow up surgery, I will go feeling completely confident, reassured and safe in her hands.

I saw Professor Winters following an appointment with my GP after I had been experiencing breast pain. I found her to be clever, kind and professional and very, very helpful. She took the time to explain a number of issues including the genetics of breast cancer and showed me how to examine myself. My anxiety levels when I arrived at the appointment were sky high. Within five minutes I could actually feel the panic drain out of me. She was so calm and clearly has vast knowledge of her subject. The information she provided after the appointment was also very useful and I will be following her advice on a number of issues.

Having suffered with cyclical and non cyclic breast pain and tenderness for many years I wanted further investigation to identify any underlying issues especially as I am now 71 I spent time researching and although Professor Zoe Winters clinic is an hour away from my home I felt the one stop clinic she and her very competent team provide would be the best solution for me. I made the right decision Professor Winters made me feel at ease immediately,she asked the pertinent questions and invited me to raise any issues of concern,this was followed by a breast examination a mammogram and ultra sound, I left the clinic with a very detailed plan to help resolve my discomfort, later that day I received all of the information discussed by email. Thank you Professor Winters your help has been very much appreciated.
